Types of cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cookies can be distinguished into two types, according to the entity that manages the domain from which the cookies are sent and processes the data obtained: First-party cookies and third-party cookies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Furthermore, we discussed session cookies or persistent cookies, <\/strong>when it comes to the timeframe that they remain stored in the client's browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, there is another classification with five types of cookies according to the purpose for which the data obtained is processed: technical cookies, personalisation cookies, analytical cookies, advertising cookies and behavioural advertising cookies<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Cookies used for any of the following purposes are exempt from the obligations established in Article 22.2 of Law 34\/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, hereinafter LSSI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Allow only communication between the user's device and the network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Strictly provide a service expressly requested by the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this regard, the Article 29 Working Party in its Opinion 4\/2012 (Opinion 4\/2012 on the exemption from the requirement of consent for Cookies, http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/justice\/data-protection\/article-29\/documentation\/opinion-recommendation\/files\/2012\/wp194_es.pdf<\/a>) has interpreted that the exempted cookies would include those intended for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 \u00abUser login\u00bb cookies\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Authentication or user identification cookies (session-only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 User security cookies<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Media player session cookies<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Session cookies for load balancing<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Cookies used to personalise the user interface<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Plug-in cookies for social content sharing<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therefore, it can be understood that these cookies are excluded from the scope of Article 22.2 of the LSSI, and consequently, it would not be necessary to inform or obtain consent regarding their use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cookies used on the website:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n WordPress:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
